Photo guide
Four tips for clearer characters
- 01
One adult in each photo. Use separate portraits rather than the same group image twice.
- 02
Face the camera or turn slightly. Avoid extreme angles and cropped faces.
- 03
Keep eyes and facial details visible, with even light and no sunglasses or heavy filters.
- 04
Use original photos of similar clarity and double-check who occupies each role.
FAQ
Before you create your story
01
Do I need a video or zombie makeup?
No. Upload two authorized adult portraits and choose a scene. Wan 3.0 re-renders a new 10-second, 9:16 video using the photos and scene description as references. Scene previews are examples; resemblance, movement and timing can vary.
02
Which partner becomes the zombie?
The first photo plays the human survivor; the second plays the zombie partner. Either partner can take either role. Use Adjust photo order to choose who plays each role.
03
What happens if generation fails?
Reserved credits are returned automatically when the task is marked failed or rejected. If the balance has not updated, contact support with the task ID.
04
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy a one-time credit pack. Purchased credits do not expire; a video costs 20, 45 or 80 credits depending on quality.
05
Can I use photos of anyone?
Use only authorized photos of consenting adults. Do not upload minors or public figures, or use the result to impersonate, harass or mislead anyone.
06
What should I check before sharing?
Review both faces, hands and movements. Download your completed video promptly, get both partners’ approval and label realistic-looking clips as AI-generated fiction.
